What does a Naturopathic Consultation Involve?
I spend about one hour with you taking a very detailed health history and some physical examinations. I will assess and question every body system and build a clinical picture of your body and your illness. This allows me to qualify the problems and decide what is the priority for you. I will then prescribe dietary advice and sometimes dietary changes and determine which supplements are really important for your healing. I may make a personalised herbal medicine for you to take.
There are an extensive number of tests available to Naturopathic patients. Testing is very helpful but not necessary for me to treat you. Some people are happy to pay for tests for the value and health information they give while others would prefer just to get on with the treatment. We can discuss this during your consultation.
Follow up consultations are recommended fortnightly to monthly depending on your condition.

Follow Up Consultation (20-30 minutes) $75
